Catherine Hunter's hens are unique: they are individually hand finished. Their crests, their eyes and their wattles are attached by hand. Each hen receives the artist's mark. There are no more than 100 hens made from the same mold.

Catherine Hunter's Classic collection is comprised of seven hens, Amélie, Bertha, Charlotte, Désirée, Emma, Francine and Hélene, two roosters: Georges and Jules as well as a trio of cute little chickens. Each of them have their own personality and are now available in one of the following seven colours: white, blonde, red, brown, black, dalmatian (white with black spots) or nevada (blonde with brown spots). Catherine Hunter created a new addition to her family of ceramic chickens - "Les Poules de Luxe" in pastel colors in a Movie Stars theme. The collection is made of seven hens: Audrey, Brigitte, Catherine, Demi, Elisabeth, Fay and Halle, one rooster, Gerard, and the newest arrivals - Audrey and Elisabeth had babies!
