If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us (800 458-1340) and we will try to rectify the situation.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
On some items (e.g. Ritzenhoff glasses, collectibles) we offer a 10% discount for 5 items of the same kind, sent to the same address. This discount will not show up on the check-out page, but will be deducted at the time we charge your credit card.
If you, for example, order 5 Pilsner glasses and we can not ship complete, the order still qualifies for the volume discount.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and will let you know when we expect the item to be available again. You will have the option of canceling the order, keeping the item on back-order or selecting another, similar item.
RETURNS
Please call us before you return an item; we will then let you know how to ship the item back to us. Only unused merchandise, in its original package, can be returned, within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. We will issue a store credit, which is valid for 12 months. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We try hard to package items so they arrive safely and intact. Should an item be damaged, please follow the instructions which are included in each shipment (call UPS, call us, keep the packing material until the shipment has been inspected by UPS). We will then let you know whether we can ship you a replacement right away or whether we have to re-order the item.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We make sure that we ship items which are working properly and are in good condition. But sometimes, things go wrong. If you receive a defective item, please give us a call – 1-800 458-1340. We can then let you know whether we can rectify the problem ourselves or whether the item has to be returned to the manufacturer (like e.g. electrics).
MISSING SHIPMENTS
Please give us a call (800 458-1340) if you did not receive your package. We will be able to track it and find out the status of the delivery.
SALES TAX
Shipments to a Vermont address will be subject to the Vermont sales tax.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We normally ship by UPS, Ground Service. Please see the charges by clicking About Us and Shipping.
Actual charges will differ from the online confirmation if the shipment requires an oversize box (as defined by UPS) or if you select a different shipping service than UPS Ground.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will contact you by email to let you know whether we can ship to your country and what the cost would be.
